Krell Institute has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at a special rate. To reserve your room in this group, reservations must be made via the online registration form by Thursday, June 12. No guarantee of room availability will be made beyond this date.
Please note: Rooms will be guaranteed/direct billed to Krell's master account, however, guests will be asked to supply a credit card upon check in to cover incidentals.
Hilton Members: Hilton Honors members may opt to pay for their own room to accumulate points for their stay. Those wishing to do so should include a check-in date, check-out date and valid Hilton Honors number when completing the registration form. This information will be submitted to the hotel and a credit card will be required at check in. Lodging and incidental charges will be billed to the card and will earn Hilton Honors points. Those eligible for post-meeting reimbursement will be able to submit their lodging documentation to Krell along with other expenses.
Federal Employees: A limited number of government-rate rooms have been reserved. Federal government employees planning to pay for their own accommodations should contact Krell Institute staff for more details.
Confirmation Numbers: All hotel reservations will be submitted to the hotel in late June and an email, complete with confirmation number, will follow in July.
