Crystal City

The Crystal Gateway Marriott is situated just across the Potomac from Washington, D.C. in Arlington’s Crystal City. An urban neighborhood and a member of the National Landing Community in the midst of revitalization, Crystal City consists of high-rise apartment buildings, corporate offices (including the Amazon HQ2 development), hotels, and numerous shops and restaurants. Crystal City combines street-level dining and outdoor pedestrian walkways with an extensive network of underground shopping areas and connecting corridors.

Searching for the perfect nearby place to gather with fellow attendees after a productive day of meetings? Start by reviewing this list of restaurants along Crystal Drive and in the surrounding area. Additionally, the Crystal Gateway Marriott's new 15th & Eads restaurant is currently serving breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m., and dinner from 4:00 to 11:00 p.m. The gift shop next to the front desk offers breakfast and snack grab-and-go items, and is host to a self-serve coffee machine. In addition, the hotel provided a comprehensive list of area dining options.

Pentagon City

A 15-minute walk or one Metro stop away from the Crystal Gateway Marriott, attendees can enjoy the sights and sounds of Pentagon City, an area well-known for shopping and restaurants. While you’re there, make sure to stop by The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City and Pentagon Row.

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) makes the nearby monuments, museums and federal buildings accessible within a matter of minutes.
