Krell Institute has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at a special rate. To secure your room within the Krell Institute block, reservations must be made via the online registration form by Wednesday, May 21. No guarantee of room availability will be made beyond this date, and all accommodations will be single occupancy unless otherwise requested.
Rooms will be guaranteed/direct billed to Krell's master account; however, guests will be asked to supply a credit card upon check-in to cover incidentals.
Marriott Bonvoy Rewards: Marriott Bonvoy members may opt to pay for their own room to accumulate points for their stay. Those wishing to do so should include a check-in date, check-out date and valid Marriott Bonvoy number when completing the registration form. This information will be submitted to the hotel and a credit card will be required at check-in. Lodging and incidental charges will be billed to the card and will earn Marriott Bonvoy points. Those eligible for post-meeting reimbursement will be able to submit their lodging documentation to Krell along with other expenses.
Confirmation Numbers: All hotel reservations will be submitted to the hotel at the end of May and an email, complete with confirmation number, will follow in early June.
