The DOE NNSA SSGF and LRGF communities — fellows, alumni, academic advisors, and DOE laboratory and headquarters staff — returned to Washington, D.C., for the fellowships' 2025 program review. The two-day event took place at the Washington Marriott at Metro Center, within walking distance of monuments, museums and more.
A benefit of the fellowship, the annual program review is an opportunity for fellows to connect with people from a variety of disciplines and organizations with the aim of building and strengthening lifelong relationships. Programming centers on topics relevant to high energy density physics, nuclear science and materials under extreme conditions.
