The FLASH hydrodynamics code contains an N-body module that is becoming an ever-increasingly essential part of the many uses of the code. The particles can function as tracers for fluid flow or as actual physical bodies that interact via long-range or short-range forces. I detail recent advances in improving and extending the capabilities of the particle module in the FLASH code and where it will help research. These advances include new methods for computing the forces between particles as well as visualizing the particles.
