Nicole Fields
Nicole Fields received her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in astronomy and physics and recently defended her doctoral thesis in physics at the University of Chicago. She was a Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration Stewardship Science Graduate Fellow from 2009 to 2013. Since October 2014, Nicole has been a health physicist in the Region III (Chicago) office of the U.S. NRC. She is in the qualification process to become an inspector of spent nuclear fuel storage.
