The Grand Hyatt Washington will serve as the 2015 program review site.

The DOE NNSA SSGF Annual Program Review will take place at the Grand Hyatt Washington. Centrally located in the Penn Quarter, the hotel is minutes away from memorials, museums and the National Mall. Grand Hyatt amenities include a pool, fitness center and on-site dining options.

The Krell Institute has reserved a block of rooms for attendees at a special rate. To reserve your room within the Krell Institute block, reservations must be made via the online registration form by Friday, May 22. No guarantee of room availability will be made beyond this date. All hotel rooms will be single rooms unless otherwise requested.


Hyatt Gold Passport Members: Hyatt members may opt to pay for their own room to accumulate points for their stay. Those wishing to do so should include a check-in date, check-out date and valid Hyatt Gold Passport number when completing the registration form. This information will be submitted to the hotel and a credit card will be required at check in. Lodging and incidental charges will be billed to the card and will earn Hyatt Gold Passport points.

Federal Employees: A limited number of government-rate rooms have been reserved. Federal government employees planning to pay for their own accommodations should contact us for more details.

Confirmation Numbers: All hotel reservations will be submitted to the hotel at the end of May and an email, complete with confirmation number, will follow shortly thereafter.
