In this talk I discuss the current and evolving missions that the laboratories in the DOE NNSA complex are challenged to address. The tools that we use to address these problems are discussed in the context of the highly collaborative work that we perform. In addition to this, there are many ways to collaborate with the laboratories or access our capabilities. As our mission evolves and grows, these collaborations are critically important to our work and how we staff the laboratories in the future. Additionally, the paths for collaboration and access to the laboratories are varied and discussed here in the context of Los Alamos National Laboratory.
