The annual fellows' poster session showcases program-supported research.

In the program's initial years, DOE NNSA LRGF students, advisors and laboratory staff will attend the annual summer meeting of the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration Stewardship Science Graduate Fellowship (DOE NNSA SSGF). Since the two programs focus on similar fields and involve many of the same NNSA facilities, fellows will find much to share about their research and experiences when gathered as a joint community.

About the meeting: Since 2007, the DOE NNSA SSGF program review has convened fellows, alumni, DOE staff and other members of the scientific community to share ideas and support and to discover research opportunities at Department of Energy laboratories. The meeting typically includes a laboratory site visit, keynote and fellow presentations, professional development programming and fellow and laboratory poster sessions.

2021 Virtual Meeting: Join Us on Zoom, August 10-11

The 2021 DOE NNSA SSGF & LRGF Program Review will go virtual on August 10 and 11. The 2020 and 2021 fourth-year fellow classes will present their research via prerecorded segments, with a live Q&A following each talk. Krell staff members are exploring additional programming to engage other fellow groups and include guest speakers. Zoom invitations will go out in early July and presenters will receive emails with specifics in the coming months.

Attendees — fellows, alumni, academic advisors, university coordinators, practicum coordinators, DOE laboratory staff and other fellowship friends — will preregister for access and to receive meeting updates. This website will post a daily agenda (talk schedule) in early August.

Meanwhile, please direct questions to the Krell team. We also welcome you to view our collection of past program review agendas, presentations and photos.
