Seismic migration uses wavefield data from seismic experiments to produce an image of the underlying structure of the Earth's subsurface. These images are defined by the imaging condition, which attempts to map recorded data to their reflection points in the subsurface. The zero-phase imaging condition is a modification to the standard imaging condition that allows for the superresolution of scatterers in the subsurface. We introduce the new method and demonstrate its success using synthetic numerical results.
