We have studied the Top-Higgs Yukawa model (top quark and Higgs boson but no gluons) using the overlap fermion formulation for the top quark and Rational Hybrid Monte Carlo (RHMC) to perform the numerical path integral. In terms of algorithms, we have found that implementing the overlap fermion in Fourier space is a significant optimization and lends itself easily to the technique of Fourier acceleration. This is fortunate, because we have also found that without Fourier acceleration, autocorrelations in the system are formidable.
