Arlington's Crystal Gateway Marriott will serve as the 2017 DOE CSGF Annual Program Review site.

The DOE CSGF Annual Program Review will take place at the recently renovated Crystal Gateway Marriott, near Pentagon City and with convenient access to the Crystal City Metro stop. The property also offers a complimentary shuttle to and from Reagan National Airport. Attendees will enjoy upgraded lobby, guest room and fitness center spaces as well as a new farm-to-table restaurant.

The majority of program review attendees have been accommodated at the Crystal Gateway Marriott; however due to high demand for rooms, some guests were booked at the adjacent Westin Crystal City (1700 Jefferson Davis Highway). Should you have questions regarding your accommodation, please contact us on or after Monday, July 17 (all confirmations will have been sent by that time).

Please note: Regardless of property assignment, rooms will be guaranteed/direct billed to Krell's master account, however, guests will be asked to supply a credit card upon check in to cover incidentals.

Marriott Rewards Members: Marriott Rewards members may opt to pay for their own room to accumulate points for their stay. Those wishing to do so should include a check-in date, check-out date and valid Marriott Rewards number when completing the registration form. This information will be submitted to the hotel and a credit card will be required at check in. Lodging and incidental charges will be billed to the card and will earn Marriott Reward points.

Federal Employees: A limited number of government-rate rooms have been reserved. Federal government employees planning to pay for their own accommodations should contact us for more details.

Confirmation Numbers: All hotel reservations will be submitted to the hotel in early July; and an email, complete with confirmation number, will follow shortly thereafter.
