The 1997 Department of Energy's Undergraduate Computational Science awards
were presented in conjunction with the SC97 educational program in San
Jose, California on November 18. Awards were presented for five national
submissions and two international submissions. The principal authors were
the guests of the Department of Energy at an awards luncheon held at the
Hilton Hotel in San Jose.
