Travel Planning
Incoming, first-, second- and third-year fellows are required to use the conference travel agency, Travel and Transport, to reserve their air or train reservations. Visit Travel and Transport to begin your reservation process.
Fourth-year fellows and other conference attendees will be responsible for booking their own travel reservations, whether directly with the airline or train company, via an online discounter, or by some other means.
As stated in the conference travel policy, all reservations must be made 21 days in advance of the conference, or by Friday, June 29. For more information on travel guidelines please refer to the conference travel policy.

Rail. Amtrak travelers will arrive at Union Station (WAS) and may travel four miles via Metro to the Crystal City stop (just below the hotel property). Alternatively, taxi service is also available at Union Station.
Rental Car. A rental car is not a necessary expense for this conference and will not be reimbursed.
