Comments:

Since 1999, I have been involved with the startup of a new systems engineering program in the new Donaghey College of Information Science and Systems Engineering at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. The systems engineering program currently has two options: computer systems and telecommunication systems. I also have a joint appointment in newly reorganized Department of Applied Science, which offers M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in the following six emphasis areas: computational science, applied biosciences, applied chemistry, applied computing, applied physics, and engineering science and systems.
