
John Ziebarth – Senior Vice President, B.S., M.A., Ph.D.
Dr. Ziebarth is presently the Senior Vice President of the Krell Institute and is involved in the general oversight of operations and program execution along with the development of new business.
Beginning in 1974, his career included computational fluids research at Argonne National Laboratory, Rockwell International Corporation and a research institute at Colorado State University. Between 1988 and 1995, he taught computer science and developed computational science programs at the University of Alabama in Huntsville with NASA Marshall Space Flight Center and the Alabama Supercomputer Center. Since 1995, he has been primarily involved in management of high-performance computing research programs and organizations at the University of Illinois, NASA Ames Research Center and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Dr. Ziebarth earned his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering with an emphasis in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Mississippi State University, his M.A. in Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University, and his B.S in Physics and Mathematics from Eastern Illinois University.
